By accessing the website at www.atwaterinsulation.com, contacting Atwater Insulation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all website visitors, customers, and anyone who requests or receives insulation services from Atwater Insulation.
Atwater Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Atwater, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and related work. Services are performed at properties within our service area. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Atwater Insulation are based on an in-person assessment of your property. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are not binding contracts until both parties have signed a written service agreement.
Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if conditions at the job site differ materially from what was observed during the assessment - for example, if additional moisture damage, pest activity, or structural issues are discovered once work begins. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Verbal price quotes are estimates only and are not binding. Only written, signed agreements represent a commitment to a fixed price.
Scheduling is confirmed when both parties agree on a date and time in writing or by phone. We request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.
If you cancel after materials have been ordered specifically for your job, you may be responsible for the cost of those materials. We will inform you of any such costs before ordering.
Atwater Insulation reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in these situations.
To allow us to perform work safely and effectively, you agree to:
Payment terms will be outlined in the written service agreement for your job. In general:
Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 10 days of receiving your invoice. We are happy to review any concerns and work toward a fair resolution.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including water intrusion from roof leaks or plumbing failures, pest activity, fire, flood, or improper modifications to the insulated areas by the homeowner or another contractor after our work is complete.
Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, Atwater Insulationmakes no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific energy savings, reductions in utility bills, or particular comfort outcomes. Results depend on many variables outside our control, including your home's construction, HVAC system condition, usage habits, and weather conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Atwater Insulation's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
